Do you offer samples?

Yes! You can order a sample directly from any wallpaper design you like. Simply navigate to the design, and under the size options, select “Sample” to add it to your cart.

Why is the wallpaper sold as a set of two rolls?

We package in sets of two to ensure continuous pattern alignment, consistent color from the same print run, and easier wall coverage with less waste.

Do you do custom designs?

Absolutely. We can scale patterns, adjust colors, or create bespoke repeats. Setup fee starts at $150. Fill out our custom wallpaper request form.

How much wallpaper should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 10–15% extra than your wall’s measurements to allow for pattern matching and trimming. To make it easier, you can use our Wallpaper Calculator to get the exact number of rolls or sets needed for your space.

What size is each roll?

Each roll is 25.5" wide x 9' long. The extra 0.5" is included for overlap, ensuring a seamless match. A set covers about 37.5 sq. ft.

What is the pattern repeat?

Drop repeat every25 inches.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand that minds change! Because our wallpapers are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.

If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone into printing, we may be able to accommodate the request—but it is not guaranteed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time for wallpaper is 4–6 weeks as each order is custom printed.

Accesories, Fine Art Print and Tabletop is 2-4 business days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
