About the Artist

Tricia Paoluccio

Multifaceted artist Tricia Paoluccio's passion for preserving the vibrant colors and delicate forms of botanicals began as a child, picking and pressing flowers on her family's California farm. After decades of creating pressed floral collages, her work gained notoriety during the early days of the pandemic.

Paoluccio's modern-yet-classical style of pressed flower art, translated into other mediums, is a first of its kind. Her artwork was used to create Oscar de la Renta’s FW21 Ready To Wear Line, including a dress worn by Anna Wintour at the 2021 Met Gala and the "Dress of the Year" worn by Taylor Swift at the 2021 Grammy's.

Paoluccio's exhibit "I'll Meet You There" at the High Line Nine in Chelsea was extended three times due to its popularity, and was featured as one of Time Out Magazine's Must-See exhibits.

Her collaboration with Steinway led to a one-of-a-kind pressed flower piano that was displayed at the Steinway Flagship store in NYC and was used by Steinway artists around the country, including Chloe Flower and Yuja Wang. Paoluccio created a life-size pressed flower jaguar sculpture for the 2022 Jaguar Parade - an international open air exhibit consisting of decorated sculptures designed by 40 artists from around the world to raise funds to save this endangered species. Paoluccio's sculpture was displayed at the Met Life Building, and was sold at auction.

She has also traveled the world as a master teacher of flower pressing. As the founder of Modern Pressed Flower, she has fostered an international community of flower lovers devoted to this craft.

Her key vision is to celebrate the beauty and resilience of wildflowers and to elevate this centuries-old art form. Domain of the Flowerings is a global lifestyle brand inspired by the reality of nature, with help from an artistic hand.
